Not only we know the area very well, we also love what we do and pay attention to detail to provide expert guiding. If you are diving with us we will get you to the right amount of weight you need and provide feedback after the dives so you can improve your diving skills.
Certified Divers
- Two or Three Tank Dive -
In just a 5 to 25 minute boat ride from the Santa Cruz Marina you will be diving in one of the many amazing dive sites the Huatulco National Park has to offer. Being on the pacific side of México the topography is mostly rock formations with some hard and soft corals. Some of our dive sites have long extensions of coral plates in the first 40ft./12m of water. All these formations are home to marine life like moray eels, lobsters, octopus, many different kinds of rays, sea turtles, and spotted eagle rays. Not to mention all of our macro life like gobies, blennies, crabs, nudibranchs, frog fish and sea horses. If you get very lucky from May-November you might get to see the occasional giant manta or whale shark!

Non Certified Divers
- Discover Scuba Diving -
Never been diving? Or have you been, but never got the chance to get certified? This program is for you!
Discover Scuba Diving will introduce you to the diving world. While not a certification course, this program will give you the chance to see if scuba diving might be for you!
The DSD program includes 20 minutes of online theory (eLearning), and some entry-level instruction. Then you will don your dive gear to practice a few skills in shallow water. Once you are comfortable, you will get to go on a real dive! Blow your first bubbles underwater with an instructor, no deeper than 12m/40ft, relax, and enjoy the dive and the amazing sea life we have in Huatulco!

Certified Divers
- Night Dive -
Night dives in Huatulco are awesome! Coral polyps that are usually hiding during the day open up to feed at night, you will also be able to see different kinds of local crabs, sea slugs and lobsters that come out at night, other animals like moray eels and octopus might be out and about or on the hunt. Its a totally different population than what we see during the day!
Come enjoy the magic moment of turning your lights off, sitting on a sandy area, and be mesmerized by the surrounding bioluminescence!

Cancellation Policy & Cash Payment Discount
If you need to cancel or reschedule the activity for any reason more than 2 days before the tour just call +52 958 587 1107 or email info@hurricanedivers.com
If you cancel within 48 hours we must charge 50% of the tour.
If you cancel within 24 hours we must charge the full amount.
If for any reason we have to cancel because of weather conditions affecting port closures, we will of course refund any payments in full.
*All cash payments get a 5% discount, even if you book online! You can go ahead and book online in advance and pay your deposit, but if you pay the balance in cash at the dive shop, you will get a 5% discount of your bill’s total amount.
